Pasó el tiempo y se llevó la vida y pasaron los días y pasaron los años llevándose sus fríos y sus sofocantes calores
Me volví viejo, lleno de enfermedades, quejidos, llantos y dolores
Me encerré en mis faenas, en mis quehaceres y en mis sudorosas y agotadoras labores
Y descuidé la mujer querida, la más bella de mis ardientes amores
Dejé secar el jardín florecido y se cayeron de tristeza los pétalos de las hermosas flores
Descuidé un amor y un querer y se esfumaron como por encanto sus fragancias, sus aromas y aquellos deliciosos olores
No me di cuenta a qué horas pasaron inviernos, primaveras y veranos, ni la hermosa naturaleza con sus esplendores

En la sinapsis de las neuronas,
en ese espacio mínimo y sagrado,
se liberan químicos, nacen las razones,
y el cosmos mental queda trazado.
No es solo el sodio, ni el calcio en su viaje,
es la fe que se borda en la dendrita,
un pulso eléctrico, un fiel mensaje,
donde la paz del alma se suscita.
En el Santuario de la Sinapsis,
en la vesícula reposa el consuelo,
un neurotransmisor de luz y calma,
que cruza el puente, buscando el anhelo
de darle equilibrio al mapa del alma.
En cada sinapsis,
la serotonina dicta sentencia,
frena el ruido, calmando el temor,
mientras la dopa, con sutil persistencia,
ajusta el receptor del propio valor.
En la Red de la Trascendencia,
se entrelaza el límbico con la emoción,
la corteza abraza lo que no se ve;
lo que era angustia se vuelve latido,
y la duda se disipa en el corazón.
El neuroconectoma,
tejido de asombro y de conciencia,
donde el espíritu encuentra su hogar.
En cada sinapsis late la esencia
de un equilibrio difícil de hallar.
El cerebro no solo piensa,
